Shipping Policy – Starlight Chandeliers

At Starlight Chandeliers, we are committed to delivering a seamless, secure, and satisfying shipping experience. As an authorised online retailer, we partner directly with trusted Canadian distributors and manufacturers to ensure your lighting arrives safely, promptly, and in pristine condition. We strictly adhere to our manufacturers' and distributors' policies to deliver consistent, high quality service.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. For shipping inquiries, please contact our support team at sales@starlightchandeliers.ca.


2. Processing Time

In-Stock Items: Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.

Made-to-Order or Special Order Items: Ship within 2–4 weeks, depending on brand and availability. Estimated lead times are clearly listed on each product page.

We will notify you by email if any delay occurs beyond the expected timeline.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable freight and courier partners such as FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, and private LTL carriers depending on the size and weight of the order.

All chandeliers ship with tracking, insurance, and signature on delivery for your peace of mind.


4. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all our orders.

Oversized or remote location orders may incur a surcharge. You will be notified before processing your payment.


5. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 3–10 business days (after dispatch), depending on your location and product type.

Freight Deliveries (Large Chandeliers): 5–14 business days. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule delivery.


6. White-Glove Delivery (Optional)

For select oversized or luxury chandeliers, we offer White-Glove Delivery (includes inside delivery and unpacking) at checkout in certain regions. Contact us for a quote.


7. Damages & Missing Parts

Your satisfaction and safety are our top priority. Please inspect all packages upon delivery:

Report any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Notify us of damages or missing parts within 48 hours at returns@starlightchandeliers.ca with photos and order details.

We will arrange a free replacement or parts shipment as needed.

We cannot accept claims reported after 7 days from delivery.


8. Backordered or Discontinued Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will:

Notify you immediately with updated delivery timelines.

Offer a free upgrade, alternative, or full refund—your choice.


9. Cancellations & Order Changes

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase at no charge.

After that, cancellation or changes may be subject to restocking fees if the order has been processed or shipped.
