We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please contact us to obtain return authorization before returning any item.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Installed or customized products are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns and will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent. Pre-paid return labels are not included in the package; we will provide return instructions via email.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Warranty Policy

All products sold by Starlight Chandeliers are covered under a limited manufacturer's warranty.

  • Most products include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
  • Any claims must be supported with clear photos or videos showing the defect.
