At Starlight Chandeliers, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your chandelier, we're here to make it right — quickly, respectfully, and professionally.

✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

The item is in original condition

It is uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging

All parts, manuals, and accessories are included

Note: Installed or customised products are not eligible for return.

🔄 How to Request a Return

Email us at returns@starlightchandeliers.ca within 14 days of delivery.
Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and, if approved, send return instructions and a return authorisation number.

Pack the item safely in the original box, and ship it back using the method provided.

💸 Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

A restocking fee (typically 20–25%) may apply, depending on the brand or supplier.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

We’ll always let you know the exact cost before processing any return.

Please note: All returns, restocking fees, and the warranty claims are handled per the manufacturer's or supplier's policies.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items?

Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery:

Send photos of the damaged product and packaging

We’ll handle replacements or repairs at no cost to you

We cannot guarantee a refund for damages reported after 7 days of delivery.

⏱️ When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed

Installed or altered fixtures

Clearance or final sale items (marked clearly on product pages)

Special-order or custom-made chandeliers
