Shipping

• Orders are shipped using trusted carrier and freight services, depending on the product size and destination.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
• Large or oversized chandeliers may be shipped via freight delivery.
• Additional processing and handling time may apply to certain products.
• Freight charges, where applicable, are provided after shipment and are not charged in advance.

Returns

• The standard return window is 30 days from the invoice date, although exceptions may be granted where reasonable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In most cases, a prepaid return label will be provided.
• A restocking fee of generally 25% may apply to eligible returns, as outlined in the applicable customer account terms.

Damaged or Defective Products

• Damaged or defective products must be reported with a photo of the damage.
• For non-working products, a photo or video may be required along with a description of the issue.
• Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a no-charge replacement and credit.
• Eurofase covers the cost of eligible replacement parts or units and the associated shipping expense.
• If replacement parts cannot resolve the issue, a full fixture replacement may be issued.

Warranty Coverage

• Integrated LED products carry a 1-year warranty on the fixture body and a 5-year warranty on the LED components.
• Non-LED components carry a 1-year warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

• The customer must contact us and provide a description of the issue.
• We will review the issue and coordinate with the manufacturer to determine the appropriate warranty resolution.
• Where applicable, we will determine whether a replacement part, such as a driver, is available to resolve the issue.

Parts vs. Full Fixture Replacement

• We will first work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue with a replacement part, such as a driver, where applicable.
• If the required part is unavailable or the issue cannot be resolved with a replacement part, a full fixture replacement may be arranged, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
• If the product has been discontinued and no replacement inventory is available, the warranty claim may be handled through an applicable Field Destroy (FD) or Defective/Item Failure (DIF) process.

Repair & Technician Process

• Warranty issues are generally handled remotely through replacement parts or, when necessary, a replacement fixture.
• On-site repair or technician visits are not provided.

Labor & Installation Costs

• Labor and installation costs are not covered under the warranty.
